This support team for drivers is absolutely useless
I am astonishing
They seem to only be able to copy past unhelpful comments and then close the ticket without resolving the matter
I just spent an hour with live support and had to tell 4 different agents the same issue that remains unresolved
I have an open query from 4 days ago that still has not received feedback from the escalation team
I can't believe how bad this service is
