Uber supports sucks.
They just refuse to take responsibility. Even with evidence the support does not acknowledge it and just repeats the same thing to close the conversation or and refer to the help in the app which doesn’t provide you with a solution. Avoidance mastery.
Now I paid for an order and have bank proof in my statement and they said no and want me to pay a second time. Is there an Uber oversight here? I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they avoided that too.
