Be cautious when ordering an Uber. The app initially showed a fare of $43.15, but when I checked my credit card, I was charged an extra $40, making the total $83.15. I reached out to Uber support multiple times, but they were unhelpful. They insisted that I was charged the correct amount, despite my explanation that the driver didn’t end the ride properly.
Later that night, I took another Uber for the same distance, and the fare was only $42.98. Their service has been disappointing.
