Uber Support is intentionally impossible to reach. I sent a complaint to Support and explained what happened very succinctly. Their stock answer to get out of doig anything is: "please send us more details." I write back, exactly what details do you need that I did not provide?" That's when they stop responding. Their website is UBER bad, as well. Anything important is obscured by making it hard to find, or just not there. I hate this company and wish someone other than a scammer would buy it and run it professionally.
