Awful Service, No Accountability
Ordered flowers for my girlfriend, but the delivery was a complete disaster. The driver never texted me, only called once from an unknown number, and after waiting just five minutes, they left. When I contacted Uber support immediately, they refused to take responsibility or even offer a re-delivery.
I requested a refund, but it was denied because the delivery partner had supposedly “waited 5 minutes”—as if that’s an acceptable excuse for poor communication and failed service. When I mentioned that I’ve spent a lot of money on this platform, they didn’t even acknowledge it. Clearly, loyal customers mean nothing to Uber.
I’m deleting my account and will never use Uber again. If you actually want your deliveries to arrive, look elsewhere!
