I am beyond frustrated with Uber and their complete disregard for their customers. They unapologetically steal money from innocent riders like myself. I paid $29.02 for a trip I never even received, and all they refunded me was $12, keeping the rest of my money for no reason. As if that wasn’t enough, I recently had a dangerously irresponsible driver who was clearly under the influence, swerving, missing exits, and taking me in the wrong direction, making me incredibly late for work. Uber’s response? A pathetic $7 in Uber Cash. After all of this, I made it clear I would no longer use their service.
