As a rider, the inability to reach a person for customer support is completely unacceptable. I used two rides yesterday, and have three charges on my credit card, that do not add up to the two charges for the rides that I took. In addition the first ride that I took, automatically added a $10 tip to a $12 ride. And though I added a tip to my second ride it is not showing up on the receipt for the driver. I tried to use the bot in the app, to solve my problem, and the butt said that the ride was too old to talk about. So I will be contesting the charges that are in my credit card.
