Uber is nasty with their so called support. I just waited an hour and a half for my food order, only to get a phone call saying whoever this guy was had cancelled my order but I wasn't charged and I could reorder right away if I so choose. Well, he's a liar. I most certainly was charged, and now can't eat today because this was my last fifty bucks, and uber has it yet refuses to provide me with my food I've paid for. The driver was literally at the restaurant, messaged me saying the restaurant had given my order to someone else mistakenly, but he'd spoken to the manager and they were remaking it and he would wait there for me as it wasn't my fault. So sweet of him! But this idiot on the phone not only lied saying we weren't charged when we were, but took away the driver and now even if we reorder somehow, it's going to be another hour and a half for the food. If we even get it. And to top it all off, when I couldn't understand what he was saying to me due to his accent, I merely said "I'm sorry, I can't understand what you're saying" and he shouted something at me and hung up on me. I'm so blown away right now, this is the most disrespectful and disgusting way to treat your customers and this man should be fired. If he were my customer service Rep, for my company, he most certainly would be.
