I've had the WORST experience with the customer service specifically.
On more than 1 order I've requested a refund since I didn't receive what I had ordered or the items were damaged. I sent photos to make my case and it was refused for to this day, I have NO IDEA!
Technically I'm owed almost $50 at this point but apparently nobody can do anything about it.
I don't recommend downloading or using this app, it used to be so good and now it's complete trash!
