I ordered from Uber and received some else's order. I used the help facility on the app to let them know. I was told they were reviewing the situation. Then they said they will not be issuing a refund. As there has been suspicious activity on my account. And that the matter is now closed. I will be deleting the app, and contacting my bank to recover the money I spent on food not received. I have both receipts , my original order. And the receipt for the order that was received. And photos.
