Uber had canceled my UberEats order and notified me of such, stating I would not be charged, but they did charge me. I immediately contacted them and they said I would receive a refund in 3-10 days, but the refund never issued. I reached out again after the 10 days to let them know the refund didn't issue, and they said sorry but they can't fix it. I asked for a supervisor, and they said there is no supervisor level support. UBER CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORTHLESS!!! UBER canceled my order, UBER said I would be refunded, UBER DID NOT ISSUE THE REFUND THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!
I provided customer support with screenshots documenting the above. I was charged for an order that they canceled!
