Terrible experience with Uber! The app deducts money unfairly, even for cancellations that aren’t my fault. I was charged twice for a trip I didn’t even book, and there was no proper way to get help. Their customer service is useless—no response, no resolution, just frustration. This app used to be reliable, but now it’s all about taking money with no accountability. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!
