The Uber Eats driver disregarded my specific instructions regarding a food delivery to my office suite and left the order in the building lobby. She did not notify me of this lazy error and by the time I figured out the problem and went down to the lobby to retrieve my order, the food was cold and quite unpalatable. I contacted Uber Eats customer service and requested a refund of ONLY the tip I left the driver since she completely messed up, but Uber Eats would not even consider such a refund. This is absolutely terrible customer service, the cost to Uber Eats in order to maintain my loyalty was paltry, and I will no longer use their services.
