Uber attempted to charge me $5 on my account which caused an overdraft after I paid for my services. I did not approve it they did not notify me of the charge! 2 Days Later the charges gone/disappeared. The even bigger problem is there's no customer support there's no way to talk to a live human being and for such a big company they should treat their customers better. Just on principle I'll never use Uber again ever.
