I'm a driver with Uber and this platform is very unreliable. They take a large portion of your money for the trips that you perform and customer service is full of broken English speaking individuals that just transfer your calls to different departments. Customer Service gets upset with you because they can't understand you, but it's not my fault that English isn't their first language. Bring back English speaking customer service representatives and I would continue to drive with them. Until then, I suggest driving for Lyft. The app constantly crashes and you'll constantly get spam calls regarding your account.
