Recently used Uber Auto service and had a disappointing experience. The fare estimate on booking seemed reasonable, but the driver took a longer route than necessary, resulting in a significantly higher fare. When I questioned the fare, the driver insisted that the meter reading was correct, but I suspect otherwise. It felt like a deliberate attempt to misguide and overcharge.
