Horrible service. They go out of their way to not connect you to an actual person anymore. Very disappointing being that you choose the option to chat with a human agent. Then it just tells you that you have sent an email and we will let you know if we care or not. Just cancelled our membership and will never renew. Also out of principle will never be using any of Ubers services every again.
