No one answered and no one helped. I was not only followed by my driver and yelled at but also on multiple occasions my drivers drove past me and my service dog or denied me access. One of my drivers almost ran over my foot trying to get away. I’m not a confrontational person and I always send a text ahead of time letting them know I have a service dog and some of them won’t cancel until they drive past me. Some of them even trying to get me to pay a fee to cancel for wasting their time when it’s against Uber policies to deny access to a surface animal.
