The customer service Agent named Gian is a very rude person and has absolutely no manners. I wanted to ask a few questions and he got so mad that I had questions..failed to answer any of them so I asked for a manager, he literally told me no one will help me and hung up on me. I want to know who hires people like this person and doesn’t even interview them nor check for their qualifications. I did not expect such a poor service from a big company name like Uber. Very disappointed !
