This is about a trip which was taken by my son who is a student. My son paid 88/- for the trip. The auto driver told that it has not been paid and forced him to pay again. He got terrified nd paid again. Later my son told me bout this incident. I sent mails, and written complainta to uber, spoke with the driver, shared all the screenshots of both the transactions but nothing happened. This is not about 88/- this is about safety of the passenger. How can a driver force a teenager and get whatever he wants.
Uber is totally insensitive about the issue. I asked for a call back. No one called me up.
I am too disappointed and terrified with this approach of uber. A driver has all the power and authority to misbehave with passenger.
