Uber does not allow passengers to contact them directly about issues, which speaks volumes about this company... While I've had many positive experiences, this morning a driver arrived at the pickup point in Nashville, TN (where I was waiting 15 minutes early, and had established contact with the driver to inform him that I was ready anytime), for a scheduled pickup, and upon arrival in his Gray Ford Explorer, he suddenly decided to pick up three ladies instead, which I can only assume would make him more money, and then he immediately canceled the trip from his end, leaving me to wait for another ride to the airport... Uber immediately removes all previous information when a driver cancels a trip, and leaves you with no way to report a negative experience with that particular driver... The company makes it extremely difficult to provide them with pertinent information that ultimately would better Uber for everyone... I wisely chose to use a taxi from the Washington, DC airport back to my residence, and will be using taxis in he future for all my rides, since they actually hold their drivers accountable...
