I had come to Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Uppal, to watch the IPL match between SRH and DC. Unfortunately, midway through the match, it started raining heavily, and I was unable to find a cab. One of the Uber employees at the stadium—whose name I couldn’t get—kindly guided me to the Uber Lounge at Zone 1. There, Ms. Lata Shiri not only helped me book a cab to travel from Uppal to the Zoo Park area but also personally guided me and ensured I was safely seated in the cab.
