Using Uber has been a not good experience for me. I just requested a ride and the car not only passed the pick up location twice then was no where to be found when they said the have arrived. The driver most definitely was not no where near the pick up address. Now all the money I have is gone and I can't even get a ride now. I spoke too customer service and all the time and information that I gave then and the Time I wasted did nothing and yet and still I have no ride or money on my card. Now I have to wait for someone to contact me back so the situation can be fixed. It's a shame that there was no supervisor available and I have to wait all because the driver made the mistake and didn't even try to call me so he can get to the correct location. All the money Uber makes you would think that they will do better when there is an issue. Seems like all they care about it taking our money. How about value your customers...I'm switching to lyft
