Uber support pacifies drivers by saying they will look into the drivers concern/issue. Nothing is done. They do not care about the drivers. It doesn't matter if it's your fault or not as to why you have to cancel an order it goes against your cancellation rate and Uber will do nothing to fix it. It doesn't matter if you did everything correct in a delivery even if you look back through the conversations with support what you are saying Uber will still allow that negative review. If you cancel something because the restaurant is closed or not making food and still receive requests for that restaurant you declining them because you have no choice will be used against you and Uber will do nothing about that.
