I had to call three times. First call person’s English was so ridiculously bad couldn’t understand anything second call call same thing. Third call a tiny bit better English, but person couldn’t understand I was scheduling for tomorrow and sent someone ASSP. On all three calls they couldn’t hear a thing I said because all the other agents were on the phone and background noise was ridiculous. Finally gave up and took a cab.
