We had gone to a concert in Albuquerque, NM. when The concert was over we requested an Uber from our app. One was dispatched and we waited 30 minutes and then it was canceled. There were 4 more attempts and each one was canceled. We finally requested a Lyft ride which showed up within 10 minutes. The next morning we received a call from our credit card company saying that there were suspicious charges on our credit card. We had been charged 5 times. The think I complain about the most is that when a customer cancels an Uber ride you can still get charges but what happens when 5 Uber rides cancel on you? I'll be using Lyft and Z-Ride from now on.
