My driver was wonderful , but the system to unite driver and passenger at Charlotte Douglas airport makes me not want to use uber again for rides from airport. Signage and app directions on meeting point are vague or just plain wrong. Not everyone can distinguish car types so I would suggest a way to let passenger describe clothing so driver could recognize.
An a way to actually text the passenger would be very helpful as it is a noisy airport and telephone communication does’t work
