I have called an uber support team and feels like he doesn’t really want to help and resolve my concern. He advised to go to chat box and inquire about the matter to find a solution. I went back as advised but no use. I even emailed uber eats with the email in the google search. I just decided to call again hoping a solution as an item was over priced from what was in the receipt. Luckily, I got support from Marilin, the way she speak , the way she understands my concern and treats it as it’s her own. Very patient since there is a problem with exchanging images via email or uber app to prove my claim . She finds alternatives for the solution- very impressive and compassionate I will say. My anger was replaced with calmness as I know she is there to provide the best she can by all means. She even ask a solution for the app I’m concerned about, to you MARILIN, I appreciate your help. It’s not just always about the money … it’s the concern for your customers! GOD BLESS YOU!
