I booked a scheduled ride for today due my truck being in the shop. I booked it the day of at like 5AM so they had plenty of time to assign a driver, paid it and everything. I got a driver assigned to the pickup I got ready to leave for work and everything. Then I get a notification when I get out of the shower and it said that I had been dropped and there was no drivers available. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I SCHEDULE A RIDE! I’ve been trying with support for over an hour now to get a ride out here to get me because I don’t live in a popular area. Needless to say, I had to call work and say I’d be late, but now I got charged 75.00 for an uber direct now, and out way more money just to get to work. Do better Uber….
