I raised a complaint because a driver refused to take me and my friends to our destination because we has luggage and Uber then had the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee for THEIR drivers refusal. Then then proceeded to close the case because I had "cancelled" a request on the same day (before a driver had been found) but ignored the fact that I had paid £21.99 after that. I calledand they fobbed me off by telling me a supervisor will call back and no one did. I will proceed to cancel my account after almost a decade and use BOLT as my sole service provider
