Extremely Disappointing Experience – Driver Marked Trip as Complete Without Pickup
I had a very frustrating experience with Uber. The driver never picked me up, yet falsely marked the trip as “started” and later “completed.” I was charged for a trip I never took.
I immediately contacted Uber for a refund, but they only issued a partial refund, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.
To make matters worse, I tried to escalate this through customer support, but was repeatedly blocked by automated responses from the app. No human agent was made available despite multiple attempts.
This is a clear failure in service, and I expected much better accountability and support from Uber. I’m extremely disappointed and will reconsider using this service in the future unless this issue is properly resolved.
