I was charged cancelation fees for 3 rides due to an operational issue on Ubers end. The drivers went to a different stop, and the pickup notes state that the pickup would be in front of the hotel. Uber claims they approved a refund, but I have not received anything. Over 2 weeks later. I unfortunately will have to take further action to recoup the funds. Very unethical and poor business practices.
