I am a regular Uber user. However mu recent bookings are causing a lot of inconvenience. Especially on 11th June 2025 5.55am i booked an auto to railway station just 3 km from my place. I had a train at 6.25 am. Auto did not turn up. Then I booked a cab which was 2.5 km away and showed a wait of 6 min. Since it was not moving i tried calling the driver multiple times. Call was not picked up. I cancelled the trip at 6.10am and tried to find a local auto... By the time O reached train had left and I missed a very important professional commitment and had to incur a substantial loss. Wpuld like to know what was the issue.... Could not share this on app..... Uber should have an option to rate why a customer cancels a booked ride...
