This is about a food delivery that never happened. We (wife and I) ordered from a restaurant but they don't do deliveries from that Restaurant. Even thou the restaurant is on their site The only way I found out was I called the restaurant to give details about my order. In turn the employee informed me that they don't have a delivery account with Uber and this happens a lot. So I had to cancel the order even though they changed me $89.00 already. When I cancelled it they charged me a $63 cancellation fee. For a issue that was their own fault. So I made my order with GrubHub no problems. Now they have to fight by bank because I will not pay for something I didn't receive nor was my fault.
