We scheduled an Uber to the airport a day in advance. About 10 minutes before pickup, the driver called and insisted we cancel the ride and pay him cash directly. When we refused, he became pushy and unprofessional — then refused to come at all. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially for a time-sensitive airport ride. Uber should take stronger action against this kind of misconduct.
