I was a delivery driver for Uber for years. I moved out of the area for a few years and moved back and decided to go back to delivering for Uber and it wasn’t an option I guess. I contacted Uber support 18 times over a month because my account was locked and saying I needed to update my vehicle and insurance and I did that and Uber refused to do anything with it. Also there is NO way to talk to a live person at Uber most off them if not all barely speak English and you couldn’t understand them anyways. So, I permanently deleted my account today and I guess I’m glad I did as Ubers rating is quite bad.
