I used Uber eats fir first time about 3 weeks ago, and a week later a $15 off from Uber eats showed up on my notifications. It was about time for lunch so I decided to use it ordering a meal from a nearby restaurant. I follow all the instructions and on every step the price always reflected the discount. However, when I completed the payment they charged me for the full amount of the order, informing that the discount couldn't be applied. No further explanation. I tried to cancel the order, but I couldn't find the way to do it. I decided to place a complain and guess what...there is no way to do it. I wanted to call the company, but there is no phone number anywhere. No email, no messages nothing. It's a gost business. You can only use the app to give them business but they don't care about you. I can't believe a company can work in USA without any means for costumer to have a service.
