Uber customer support is TERRIBLE. My account was hacked. I sent Uber two message through the app and ZERO reply and it has been almost 48 hours. There is no phone number to call. The only number I found was was the main corporate number that the SEC requires them to have, but it's not even manned and yuou get a voice message saying they only have a phone number for regulatory purposes in California for privacy related concerns. So I tried that in order to actually speak with someone. I entered my phone number as it told me to do, and that feature doesn't even work. What a horrible company.
