The uber ride had started off good, the driver had a nice car and it was a relatively quick ride in the city. I had no complaints until I noticed I left my bag in the car right when I got out. I immediately personally contacted the driver about the missing items and uber had contacted the driver as well, but it’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything back. I understand that uber and the driver aren’t responsible for lost items. But the driver had not picked up his phone when I called him personally and I had called him more than 5 times, which made it impossible to even get a chance to have my missing items back. The point of uber is to be helpful, but apparently not when it comes to missing items. So, it’s sad to see that all they care about is money and not true genuine costumer service.
