If u could give uber support zero stars, i would. I’ve been going back and forth with them on a random $1 expense that is not a hold and is not accounted for on any of my receipts. I explained multiple times that I need all amounts accounted for via a receipt for business expense purposes and was given no help fixing the issue. Over the course of our messages, the random $1 was never clarified and different customer service representatives on the same chain kept changing the reason. It went from “it’s likely a hold on your account - wait a few days” to “this is within the estimated range for your trip”. I explained that I didn’t even care about the expense (though it was frustrating they couldn’t even pin down the reason for it) I just needed an updated receipt. They kept avoiding the question and closing the message chain (saying they completed the help request).
