I couldn’t get any help at all. The bit simply told me that the fee I was charged was the same as the estimated fee even though it was more than $10 over that cost. 3 toll roads were used without asking what I wanted and I was unable get any redress. This has been happing very frequently over the past 10 days. I couldn’t access the messages in a way which allowed me the opportunity to share my experience with Uber.
