Firstly, the app stopped showing the fare rate for a few days now.
Secondly, today, it showed my trip is still active even though it ended around 8:30am (now it's 5:02pm). I am not able to make anoter trip.
Lastly, it is impossible to get help when you need it! I tried using the chat bot hoping I will be able to get help that way, since there was no other option.
If I could give 0 stars, I would!
