I had an extremely frustrating experience with Uber Eats. I ordered several items, but for some reason, the system charged me for two of each item instead of just one. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, they told me that they would not refund me for the extra items I had ordered by mistake. I was shocked by the lack of responsibility and poor customer service. It’s disappointing that they are unwilling to correct an issue caused by their system. I won’t be using Uber Eats again.
