Few weeks ago, I started using Uber One. In the beginning, everything was fine until this past Tuesday, 07/15/25. I called my Uber driver, Carlin, who drives a blue Toyota Highlander. Looking at the map, I saw that she passed my street to pick me up. I sent a message saying, "Hey, you missed my street," and included a smile. Then she past the second street and kept going. At this point, I was texting her, asking, "Where are you going?" and then I called her, but she didn’t answer. I tried calling her phone number and emailing her for a few hours, but I got no response. Finally, I accessed Uber One and canceled my uber one plan.In the process a small window popped up asking why i was canceling my account. I then wrote ..if this is the service that you provide with uber one then i dont want it . Thanks." I couldn’t report her because I had to cancel the trip. It’s amazing how difficult it is to find someone who will hear your feedback. Competition is right around the corner; we have choices, and we should speak up when we’re not being treated well.
