I lost my phone in my driver's car. I can not access my Uber account or my email accounts due to two step authentication. Uber refuses to answer the phone for it's customers and because I can not sign in to my account BECAUSE my phone is in my driver's car therefore I can not file a lost item claim in the app. I had to buy a new phone because Uber customer service refuses to help it's customers if they can not leave a message on the app! What if I was someone who borrowed a phone to take a trip and this happened? How would Uber deal with this problem?
