Months ago, Uber suddenly stopped accepting my debit card. I tried over and over. I used both Uber Eats & Uber Rides.
I could not figure it out as it never de lined, was never comprised, nothing.
I finally reached out to support to ask why. The response was this, word for word, “We do not have to tell you why or explain ourselves. We have made the decision and it is final”.
With an arrogant answer like that, I stopped using Uber all together.
I receive many emails asking me to “please come back”..ridiculous!
