I had over 300 dollars stolen from me and used for Uber rides.
I don't use Ubers.
And the only help offered was to, "Work with my bank on the issue."
Which is the exact response my bank gave me. I want my money refunded. I've read plenty of posts out there that this happens a lot with Uber. They need to make some changes.
