Uber's customer service is so terrible when comes to settling claims, releasing authorization holds and basic human interaction that I can't wait to close my account. I can't imagine how it must be for the drivers or the delivery people because the ones who are good at their jobs do all of the work. Drivers and delivery workers themselves are either 1000% excellent or 0% awful, no middle ground. Go to Lyft, Instacart or DoorDash, don't waste your time with Uber.
