Suffering lady from your ride
Today, I had a very bad experience with an Uber ride. I booked a ride for the first time, and after waiting for twenty minutes, the driver neither responded nor answered my messages. Then the ride got cancelled on its own. I booked another ride, but the same thing happened again — the driver didn’t pick up my calls or respond. I kept waiting for 45 minutes. Even though I had pain in my legs, I had to endure it and keep standing. This is called unprofessional behavior. If they don’t want to go, then what’s the point of accepting the ride in the first place?
