I didn't get a ride. I had a difficult time understanding the person on the phone as he was asking for zip codes, credit card info, and such. I was concently confused and he was more and more angry until he finally ended the conversation. He seemed to think I was purposely misunderstanding. I think I was as frustrated as he was. I am not happy about the experience. I will be less likely to call UBER again.
